This past Friday we took a trip to Melody Lanes Bowling Center in Brooklyn- a first for New York English Academy! We learned that bowling is a popular activity all over the world, but still, for some of the students it was a new experience. We played two games and also enjoyed some classic bowling alley junk food- pizza and beer! Afterwards, a few students headed to Tacos Matamoros, a well-known Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood. All in all, it was a really fun day (despite the cold weather)! We will definitely go bowling again in the future.
