Do you offer a payment plan?

Students can choose the following payment plans. Please keep this letter with your payment plan form.

Monthly payment
Quarterly payment (every 12 weeks) – Only if the student registered for more than 12 weeks.

[Payment plan policy]

1) An additional $50 installment fee will be applied to each payment on this plan.

2) Tenth of each month is the payment due.[or arranged by the office]

3) The payment plan due date remains the same even if you take a vacation, LOA or RCL.

4) You are responsible for the payment by the due date on the form. The school does not send payment reminders on a monthly or quarterly basis. Students who select a payment plan are provided with a payment plan form. If a student does not make payments according to the agreed schedule, an 8% late fee will be applied. Students on an F-1 visa may be subject to termination for non-payment, which could result in the loss of SEVIS status. A payment plan is not available unless the completed payment plan form is received by the school. If a student does not have a credit card, we may accept a debit card or require an upfront deposit as security.

5) Students who are not on an F-1 visa and wish to make monthly or quarterly payments are required to enroll in auto-pay using a credit card. The school will charge the designated credit card within five (5) to ten (10) days of each due date.

6) If you withdraw from the school during the program and have completed more than 50% of the session, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your invoice in accordance with our refund policy.

7) If you wish to change your payment plan, you must contact at frc_nyea@newyork-english.edu in advance.

8) If a student becomes more than two months delinquent in tuition payment while continuing to attend classes, the school will issue a payment notice requesting immediate payment. Failure to pay by the stated deadline will result in dismissal and termination of the Form I-20 without a grace period.

Please note that if we do not receive the completed form, we will consider that you have acknowledged and agreed to the policy and the payment plan.
