We can never get enough of the Brooklyn Museum. It’s so easy to get to from NYEA, and well worth the commute. The reason we love visiting this museum so much is not only because it’s such an amazing art museum, but because it’s not effected by the vast number of visitors attracted to it’s Manhattan cousins and that’s definitely a plus. The Egyptian exhibit is so well curated, and it was a fantastic surprise to find a Louvre-like collection of ancient art and antiquities in the heart of Brooklyn. We visited five floors of art work, paintings, and sculptures. I’m looking forward to visiting again soon.
