What is your refund policy?

Fees and charges paid to the school for goods and services which have not been provided by the school shall be refunded.
A student may cancel this agreement at no penalty, provided the student has not begun instruction. If the student withdraws or stops attending after instruction has begun, the school may retain not more than tuition liability as of the student's last date of physical attendance. Students in violation of school policies and/or local, state, or federal law are still eligible for tuition refund if the student is dismissed /expelled from the school.

[Refund due date]

  1. 1. If the student never attends class (no show) or cancels the enrollment prior to the class start date, the refund will be made within 45 calendar days of the first scheduled day of class or the date of cancellation, whichever is earlier.
  2. 2. For an enrolled student, the refund will be calculated using the last date of attendance and will be made within 45 calendar days from the documented date of determination.

    The date of determination is

    1. a) the date the student gives notice of withdrawal to the school
    2. b) the date of the school formally withdraws the student
